With widths up to 5000 mm, it is the ideal solution for roofing membranes, geotextiles, filtration media and other demanding nonwoven products.

Thanks to advanced servo technology, the pope winder controls both tension and contact pressure with great precision. This ensures rolls with uniform density across the entire web width, even when running sensitive or heavy-duty fabrics. The stable roll build-up reduces waste and guarantees that downstream processes receive rolls of consistent quality.

Continuous Operation without Downtime

Efficiency is a central feature of the in-line pope winder. Roll changes are performed fully automatically, so production never has to stop. The new winding shaft is accelerated to line speed before transfer, which enables smooth roll change and minimal fabric loss. For even greater continuity, the machine can be combined with an accumulator, making it suitable for the highest capacity lines.
